Why isn't there one plan that includes everything?
Because WhatsApp and SMS are billed per message and depend on your volume, and email depends on the size of your list. Bundling it all into a fixed plan would give a misleading price. We'd rather charge each service separately, clearly.
Does Law 81 really apply if I send from outside Panama?
If you're messaging people in Panama, yes — Panama's Law 81 governs how you handle their data and consent, regardless of where your company sits. The free check tells you where you stand.
Are domain setup or warm-up included in anything?
Not by magic. SPF·DKIM·DMARC setup (from $320) and IP warm-up are Deliverability services billed separately. If you hire a platform or campaigns, we quote them at onboarding; they aren't given away.
Any lock-in or hidden setup?
