The rabies booster is annual, deworming repeats several times a year — more in a tropical climate, with fleas and ticks all year round — and the bath is usually monthly. But it's the owner who remembers the date, not the clinic; and a busy owner simply puts it off. Notifying by hand from the schedule doesn't scale, and the shop's WhatsApp gets lost among messages. You need a system that recalls recurring care on the right channel and with permission.
Each message, where it pays off.
Appointment and booster reminders with one-tap confirmation, grooming or door-to-door transport coordination, and treatment questions. It's where the owner replies.
"Time for Max's rabies booster", "your pet is ready for pickup" and the day-of appointment reminder: always arrives, no data or internet needed.
The data is the owner's, and we treat it as such.
Although the clinical history belongs to the pet, the data you communicate — the owner's name, phone, email and purchases — is personal data under Law 81 of 2019. We operate with traceable consent, logged opt-outs and messages that notify without over-exposing. Preventive care is set by your veterinary team per MINSA (Zoonosis) and MIDA guidelines; we just make sure the notice arrives, on time and by the book.
How many boosters and baths slip by each month?
We run a free Law 81 + deliverability check: we review how you remind vaccines, deworming and appointments today, your consent and your channels, and hand back a clear traffic light with 3 actions. It's what others charge $450 for.
